Straight from the horse's mouth.

There is a well-known rivalry between my former medical school and the school across the street. Today at dinner a resident who graduated from the school across the street, and is now an internal medicine resident in my old school, told me that our school does a much better job at preparing their medical students than his old school. Ha! We are smarter or at least better trained!
