Last night we were assigning ourselves porn names based on a formula in a book. Of course, Cliffe somehow started this. Mine was Misty Southmore or Kitty Southmore, and there is a real porn star named Sonia Red, not sure the spelling. I remember some of the names. There was Baby Reynolds, Sammy Spring and Kitta Locust. Kitta Locust was a drag queen. Patticakes was Daisy Chacon or Missy Chacon.

One of the guys split early. We rarely see him anymore. This happens when he has a girl. Now I say when he has a girl, because that's how he says it. He has to visit "the girl." "The girl" is having dinner with her friends. "The girl" is sick. My theory is he dates them to a point they become extremely attached to him and turn "crazy" on him. I've been told that at some point he transitions from calling them the girl to them being the girlfriend. Also, he rarely shares their names with us. It's all very interesting. Three to four months max. It's just a theory.

Well, I'm done with interviews. I decided to stay in Houston and added another local school late in the process. Assuming noone will find my blog, here are some pro's and con's.

Local program one: pro's- good hours, familiar with the hospitals, know the faculty and staff and they're wonderful, managed care environment means things get done, didatics half a day every Friday, option for MBA. Con's- no pedi in our clinic, feels a bit too posh, a bit too hold my hand till I learn.

Local program two: pro's-residents come out prepared, decent hours, good call schedule, pedi in our clinics, can choose a clinic with a diverse population, we are the only residents in the hospital so we learn a lot, business aspect is taught, somewhat managed care meaning things get done. Con's- known to be a tougher program with a huge learning curve when you first get there.
