Call Nights.

Has anyone else noticed the world changes when you are on call or post call? Suddenly, it becomes a place where all the patient's are acutely ill and all the doctors are grumpy. The world is full of injustices. People are pessimistic with bad attitudes. Someone codes and I'm more upset that I have to get out of bed than that the patient is near dying.
