Sounds like a medical journal. Well, you won't find much medical knowledge here... The way I see it my blog, and those of my friends, serve to keep us in touch and somewhat up to date (not uptodate) on what's going on in each other's lives.

50 hours a week in the ER and no call after first year.
No in-house overnight call after the first year.
